Leading electronic hardware, fastener, and component distributor HTF has announced the opening of its newly renovated and expanded distribution facility in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) in Canada. HTF invested in the expansion due to increased market demand and ongoing growth within the Canadian market.

The newly expanded facility in Mississauga/Erin Mills, Ontario, increases HTF’s physical footprint in the country and represents an upgrade to its Canadian distribution capabilities.

The 10,881-square-foot distribution center at 3750 Laird Road more than doubles the size of the original site. The newly expanded location provides space for reconfiguring the warehouse racking and shelving and added space for guests and visitors. But the new building offers more than just increased physical volume.

“We are very fortunate to have the customer support to facilitate this growth. With this additional square footage, we will be able to provide an even greater product breadth and stocking structure,” says Steve Hill, GM of HTF Canada. This expansion also offers HTF the ability to introduce innovative new systems and technologies that can further operational efficiency and accuracy.

HTF is an ISO-certified, master-stocking distributor of electronic hardware, fasteners, and components, distributing to customers around the world. Over the years HTF has built an impeccable reputation with top manufacturers, stocking a diverse inventory of standard and non-standard items.

HTF has served the U.S. for more than 30 years and has been operating in Canada since 2013. This newly expanded and upgraded facility formalizes HTF's international presence, and will enhance HTF’s ability to serve its Canadian partners, continuing its long history of the efficient delivery of high-quality products and best-in-class customer service. “HTF’s dedication to our customers has always been to have the parts they need, when they need them. Our expansion in Canada further exemplifies that mantra,” says Mark Mertz, COO of HTF.
